Mission
An information resource center serving as a gateway of knowledge for the attainment of wisdom towards the formation of an Augustinian.
Vision
The Learning Resource Center is committed to support the Augustinian education by providing instructional materials and facilities for teaching-learning processes, research initiatives, and recent innovations to meet client satisfaction in the promotion of life-long learning.
Specifically, it aims to:
1. Select, acquire, organize and preserve information resources;
2. Provide effective access to information;
3. Collaborate with other institutions through resource sharing, and pooling of resources;
4. Upgrade infrastructure, facilities, equipment, and other library materials;
5. Enhance human resource competence and capability; and,
6. initiate effective governance.

Dedicated to Excellence: The Philippine Association of Academic/Research Librarians, Inc. (PAARL) has awarded the Innovative Library Design Award to Fray Luis De Leon Learning Commons and Atty. Henry T. Villegas Law Library in recognition of its excellent and innovative library design that introduces new concepts and integrates state-of-the-art designs that successfully combine exciting architectural expression, inspiring internal space, and good functionality that have an impact on the learning, teaching, and research endeavors of the University of San Agustin, Iloilo City.
